The mattress was horrible and two days later my ribs are still hurting. The pillows are made for a freakin giant and extremely uncomfortable. My tv didn’t work and no one would help me because there was no staff just one lonely college kid. There were stains on the towels and someone needs to clean the corners and behind the toilet and along the baseboard in the bathroom.

Our flights were all rescheduled, rerouted and a complete mess! The staff was amazing and helped us with blankets, pillows and a clean suite that was safe, secure and comfortable. With 9 hours until our next flight, it was a perfect fit for what we needed.
Parking lot full, no other parking and not adequate for size of hotel, so parked in an alley and glad I was not towed. Our bathroom was dirty and toilet didn't flush upon arrival, they fixed both. Thermostat in the room was locked on 64 and blowing freezing cold air in November. We tried everything, visited the desk three times. They said they didn't have maintenance that late at night, did not come try to help, and I had to ask for a space heater to keep from freezing.
